How close is the beach to the property? Well, if you still have anything left in your throwing arm, you could pick a coconut off the ground, give a good toss and it would likely splash somewhere on the sand. But don’t kick the coconut, because that would hurt.
Native iguanas, emerald green in color and nearly a meter long from nose to toes, consistently roam the property searching for bits of mango and papaya. A slew of wildlife can be viewed from the grounds. Including local frog and crab species, dozens of different butterflies, and wild parrots. One of the most impressive, are the scarlet macaws, perhaps the world’s most mesmerizing winged animal. If you’re lucky, you may even spot migrating whales from one of the villas’ beach-facing balconies.

A high percentage of rental homes in the area are located alongside mountain ridges, where 4×4 vehicles are required. Not Caballitos Del Mar. There’s no requirement for a 4×4 vehicle at this property. In fact, getting around in taxis or shuttle vans is simple and cost effective. If you aren’t into driving dirt roads and want to be able to access town by foot or hired car, the Caballitos Del Mar Complex is definitely the call.
