Casa San Martin Mirador

It was a wonderful stay! The house is great and has everything we needed. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future.

The property was lovely. We enjoyed watching nature on the veranda, with monkeys visiting daily and a wide variety of colorful birds flying by. The pool was quite shallow (it would be perfect for children younger than my own), but was a great way to cool off from a day in the hot sun. We did lose power multiple times, due to the heavy rains (we visited at the beginning of rainy season.) There were many great restaurants within a 10-minute drive. Alternatively, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Costa Rica, and would highly recommend this villa.

The property managers were easy to get in touch with and provided a great check in process. The property is absolutely beautiful! Views of the Pacific Ocean and Cano island, crystal clear pool and well equipped kitchen provides a great spot for exploring the area. Monkeys and toucans were frequent visitors. Dog next door barked occasionally, usually to alert us to the monkeys traveling past the property. We've been in Costa Rica for 7 weeks and stayed in 5 high end places. This property is by far the best of them.

Property was exactly as described. Everything clean, well stocked, very close to the Ocean. Check in crew was very helpful for check in and tour/chef recommendations. Didn’t even need to call them the whole time there as everything went without a hitch. Thank you again.

The house, pool and view was perfect. Well stocked with dishes and grilling utensils. Host was great. Arranged for a private massage on balcony. Did not see much wildlife as I was hoping for. It might be because of being so close to the main road, it might be because of my unfortunate luck 🍀! Never the less beautiful home and property.

From booking to check out all went smoothly. The property was very clean and well maintained and beautiful. Can not wait to return!

Our trip to the San Martin Mirador house was just amazing! The house is completely perfect, the photos don't do it justice… it's just stunning. The view is incredible, the birds made morning coffee last hours! Both types of toucans, scarlet macaws, hummingbirds and white faced monkeys! The location is great, the house is very private and right between dominical and uvita. In a jungle neighborhood where you really do need a 4x4, and the property manager was so responsive to our questions and so helpful with everything! We couldn't ask for a better experience!

We loved the location, exactly between Uvita and Dominical so we could enjoy both places easily. The road was groomed on the second day of our trip so it was super great, not too far up in the hills, easy access. We appreciated the leniency in check in since we had some hiccups the management company still met us after hours. And finally, an Airbnb with decent knives! A plus for someone who likes to cook 🙂 Very helpful with assistance booking an ATV tour and assisting with hiccups with our rental car. It's a sweet spot, definitely recommend it

We had a great time here! The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. A short drive to many different beaches and food options. The pool was great for cooling off in between outings and the back patio was great for birdwatching in the morning and listening to the waves at night. Definitely recommend a 4 wheel drive car as the final road to the house is steep and bumpy. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

The reality surpassed all expectations. Great villa in a beautiful location with stunning ocean views. Near the tourist area, all shops are nearby. Anyone who wants to plunge into a real tropical nature, surrounded by birds and animals, this is the very place. Excellent management work. Special thanks to Jonathan.

Awesome place! Perfect location for our family to visit the cute little towns. We saw a bunch of wildlife at our house, including monkeys, toucans, and geckos. Neil was easy to work with and the house was beautiful with a great ocean view. I recommend renting a car with 4 wheel drive to get up and down the driveway better, our car was fine but when it rains it can be more difficult. The pool was super clean and so lovely. Everything was so amazing! Highly recommend this place.!

This villa is absolutely beautiful! It is spacious, clean, peaceful and the views are gorgeous. Plenty of wildlife surrounds the villa. The management company is superb to work with. Stephen and Jhonnathan were very helpful in helping us schedule excursions and private chefs before we arrived. They were very prompt in answering any questions that we had. My family and I highly recommend this property. Pura Vida!
