Set within the hillside community of Chontales on the southern Osa Peninsula, this exclusive five-bedroom villa was chosen for its exceptional setting: above the verdant canopy, with panoramic views stretching toward the Pacific and the untouched wilderness that makes this region one of the most biologically diverse on the planet.
Designed for families, small retreats, or a few of your best friends, Villa Montemar Chontales blends modern comfort with a setting that invites you into an elevated experience of the Osa. The home features a two-level outdoor living space with a private pool, BBQ, and multiple areas to gather-whether dining al fresco or quiet moments overlooking the jungle canopy, Talamanca Mountains, or Pacific Ocean with views of Cano Island and Drake Bay.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with double ovens, updated furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout, including several coffee stations to ease into slow mornings.
Set within a gated community, the property offers both privacy and peace of mind. The only sounds you’re likely to hear are the surrounding nature birds at sunrise, distant waves, and the rhythm of the jungle.
