Three friends and I celebrated our 50th birthdays and treated ourselves to this beautiful home with a pool right next to the beach. The property managers were excellent to work with and were prompt to reply. We had a chef come and provide two meals which was very special. We also had Laura from rockstar yoga Come and do a private yoga session with us on the beach. It was a dream! The home is really well equipped and the pool is amazing! We had such a good time and highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

We love this property! The home is nice, and the AC units in the rooms definitely help because it gets so hot. The private beach is a dream. We love the close access and my kids loved seeing the iguanas hang around the pool all week. We love the location of this house as well because it's a short drive to Dominical for food but it's also not far from Quepos which has another great option for food as well. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in this perfect spot. Ocean in front of us and pool beside us! Truly is paradise . We rented a car and drove to whales Tail, Eco Tamales hot spring spot, Quepos for a sunset cruise. People were friendly and helpful. Communicating with management team was very easy. Would recommend this beautiful house.

We (My husband and I, and two of our closest friends) stayed at this amazing house from December 28th 2022 to January 5 2023. The house is beautiful, well maintained and is located right next to the beach. It has a wonderful pool and friendly iguanas. During our stay, we walked to Dominical everyday, it only takes 20 minutes to walk there along the beach. The sunsets are amazing to watch. Yougethere is the property manager and is responsive and very helpful. We were very pleased with our experience. We hope to return again!

We had an amazing stay! great location. great clean pool with a little group of iguanas that came to visit daily. The pictures are pretty accurate. the place is not modern and in places a little tired but very comfortable!! the kitchen had a full range of pots and utensils. they did provide a little salt and a small bottle of oil, however, come prepared with groceries (many located within a short drive).. the ocean at the back of the garden is really glorious, but not the typical sit-in sand all-day kinda beach. taking walks along the semi-private sands when low tide is approaching is really really recommended! the management team was very responsive and helpful. We would come back here again! and make some wonderful memories here!

This place was absolutely perfect. On the beach, close to town and everything you would want to do in Costa Rica

Loved the location of the house - right on the beach and minutes away from restaurants, shops, activities and grocery shops. The pool was enjoyed every day and the house had plenty of amenities to keep us comfortable.

This place was in the perfect location for adventuring, and spending time on the beach! The location was stunning! The house, pool, beach access, and grill were all icing on the cake! We had a beautiful stay and we will be looking to rebook soon! Neil! Everything was perfect! Excellent location, great house, and outstanding communication. Lovely caretakers on the property, and our point person was courteous and very helpful. Loved the pool and beautiful beachfront right outside our door. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Dominical. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. We also loved having the pool to ourselves and swam every day. The property managers were so responsive and helped us to book several wonderful tours during our stay.

From booking to checkout, everything was really good. Very responsive team! Had an internet issue and within a short time they had a technician out to correct it. They were quick to respond to any issue or question we had. Check-in was easy with Ismail - he met us at an easy-to-find location and guided us in. The location is great. The beach right in front of the house was one of our favorites in the area. Spectacular at low tide. Also super close to Dominical and 15 min to Uvita. convenient to anything in the area - it's right off the highway (some noise but didn't bother us), but allowed us to head north or south without having to spend a lot of time zig-zagging in the mountains before getting on the highway l. Special thanks to Rolando for helping me with stubborn lug nuts and changing a flat tire - awesome service!

Great place to stay on the beach!

Easy access to a private beach, commute to local bars by walking the beach. Crystal clean house and with excellent amenities. Communication with management is seamless. Thank you.

I don't know any better property to stay in Dominical than this. It was my dream for 4 years to have an excuse to stay here..and I finally did. Found my dream sandy beach cove just steps away from the pool, Sounds of ocean waves 24/7, nicest pool especially at sunset, modern home offered all the conveniences, on-site wonderful caretakers and security, easy access, and lots of birds, iguanas, even a sloth in the yard 😍... I know where to return each year.

Can't say enough good things about this house. We stayed here with six adults and three little children, the house was spacious and clean. The pool was great to have, and being able to quickly walk to the beach was just amazing. I would recommend this place to anybody and would definitely stay again!

We visited for 5 days with our two kids 12 & 8, and it was perfect. The beach at higher tides is totally private and really easy for the kids. I would stay here again in a second.
