As an added bonus, the property is less than 2 minutes off the coastal highway. Access to local towns and beaches is a cinch. Furthermore, there’s a super secluded, albeit rocky, beach within walking distance of Casa Pura Vida. Outside of a few neighborhood fishermen, this beach is completely unoccupied.
