Beautiful home right at a very lovely swimmable beach. The hosts are helpful and great at communicating. The pool is perfect. Air-conditioned bedrooms.

The house was as pictured! Great for our group of 11. Never felt crowded. The views were truly incredible. Bring your binoculars as there were lots of birds to see and even sloths in the trees in the distance.

We had an amazing Christmas in this beautiful house! We've stayed in a lot of rental houses and this house was by far the best one yet! The views were breathtaking! The location was perfect- close to Uvita and Dominical but secluded enough to have privacy. You definitely need a 4-wheel drive to get up to the house! The house was very clean and had all of the amenities needed. We spent a few days at the house just relaxing by the pool and cooking our own meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We were lucky enough to be visited by the monkeys on several occasions. This was our first visit to Costa Rica and we absolutely fell in love with the country. There is so much to do and the people are very friendly. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Beautiful house and most importantly, everything looked just like the photos! Extremely clean and new furnishings! The host was extremely responsive to any of our questions or requests during our stay, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone considering a stay in the Uvita area!

Had an amazing time at Villa Koora. The property and accommodations were fantastic. From firm beds to hot showers (the basics) to a great kitchen and beautiful pool - provided the foundation for a wonderful trip. Our host, Steve, was great. He met us and showed us exactly how to find Villa Koora and showed us the property and was very responsive with any/all communications. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely wonderful house and location. Our 12th CR visit and this house took over the top spot for us, and we have stayed in many great houses. 10 min drive up mountain is paved 99% of the way, that is rare experience vs the dirt bumpy roads to most houses. You will not regret spending your vacation in this slice of paradise. Tucans love the place also with daily morning and evening visits with up to 7 in one tree on my visit.

THE BESTTTT property rental in Costa Rica. From the moment we arrived, they helped us transfer all of our luggage to the airbnb because all of our luggage would not fit in our car rental. They also were very attentive and would check in with us often. They allowed us to book last minute excursions through them once we arrived. Everything was perfect and looks exactly like pictures! We had an absolutely amazing time! The home was well stocked with everything we needed and the owners communicated well with us during the check in and check out process. Location is amazing, pool was absolute heaven and the beach was steps away for us to explore and enjoy. No complaints. We hope to be back someday! ¡Pura vida!

Very nice house surrounded by nature and an outstanding ocean view. We had a very good time despite the rain. You need a 4x4 to get to the house from the main road.

From the moment we arrived, the property felt like a peaceful oasis — quiet, tranquil, and relaxing. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. The grounds are very well maintained — beautiful landscaping, clean walkways, and lush greenery everywhere we looked. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the host was prompt, friendly, and super responsive. They made us feel well taken care of. All in all, a wonderful getaway, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the nice house and bedrooms, peaceful outdoor pool and spaces, to the beautiful beach just steps away, we could not have been happier with our stay! Host was very flexible with us for check in and check out. A nice 20-30 minute walk along the beach to the town of Dominical at low tide (or a 2-3 minute drive). Would highly recommend the house and the host!

Everything was wonderful. The concierge, Jonathan helped us book excursions and three last-minute massages at the house. Just hanging at the house was a wonderful experience in itself.
