This is what it’s like to spend quality time in rarefied air.
Villa Oro Verde is like a spellbinding scene from one of those Jurassic Park movies, minus the Pterodactyl flybys. From the edge of the property’s incredible infinity pool, perched almost 2,000 feet above the mighty Pacific Ocean, you can feel the world at your fingertips.
This property is surrounded by lush, tropical rainforest, and is some of the most coveted lands in all of Costa Rica. There are howler monkeys swinging in the vines and toucans swooping through the air. At any moment you can encounter a wide range of colorful creatures, including more butterfly species than anywhere else on the planet, as well as wild deer, Pizotes, frogs, and about a hundred other head-turners.
Construction on Villa Oro Verde was complete in 2021. The home features 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and is suitable for 6 guests. There is wireless internet throughout the home.
Due to some construction designs in the house and by the swimming pool, we do not allow guests under 13 years of age to stay at this property.
This immaculate vacation villa is located within Costa Verde Estates, a gated, mountaintop community nestled between the southern Pacific towns of Dominical and Uvita. From the coastal highway turnoff, it takes 25-to-30 minutes to reach the house. You will need a 4×4 vehicle to make the trip from the property to the coastal highway.
Whether you’re making meals for your guests or hiring an in-home chef service, the kitchen is stocked with quality cooking equipment to get the job done for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a large countertop island for prepping meals, and a dining table for six guests.
Two of the three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with the master bedroom on the second level. Each bedroom features a king bed, air-conditioning unit, and en-suite bathroom. All three bedrooms also have fantastic jungle-to-sea sightlines, highlighted by a wrap-around deck in the master bedroom. It’s a wonderful setup for six adults or even families with teenagers.
The outdoor space is awesome, with the infinity-pool-to-ocean combo serving as an epic backdrop for vacation photos galore. The built-in BBQ is ideal for whipping up fresh-caught mahi-mahi on the fly, and there are some nice lounge chairs available for those willing to put in serious work on a golden suntan.
Other features at Villa Oro Verde include a television in the living room, a washer and dryer unit, a dishwasher, and parking space for three large vehicles. The house is overseen by YouGetHere Property Management. The YouGetHere team will be there to meet you for the check-in and also for the checkout process. Their staff can put you in contact with car rental, in-home chef, and massage services, as well as reserve any tour activities for your group. If you have any maintenance issues during your stay, YouGetHere will always be a quick phone call or email away for assistance.
