This is an amazing space!February 19, 2020
We had a wonderful time staying in this House. The sunset views were amazing! We enjoyed drinking wine and watching the sunset every evening. This place was right near Dominicalcito beach which was so nice and about a 5 min drive to town. We were able to see toucans and monkeys right from the villa. If you stay here you must set up to have massages in the rancho- perfection. We did have a problem with the water and we didn't have water for a whole evening into the next day but they fixed it the next morning so they were quick about fixing the problem. Be prepared for lots of bugs and humidity. But we enjoyed the experience and villas. Most beautiful property, like a dreamThe sunset views were amazing!February 2, 2020
Great stay. Property is as advertised. We visit Dominical every 2-3 months and the location is perfect. Dominicalito is direct across the highway from the road up to the property - great for intermediate level surfing and relaxing. It's just a few minutes in either direction to Dominical or Uvita - which is great for food and grocery options. The pool was a lovely place to cool off and relax after a day of surf lessons. Saw tons of wildlife on the property - the fruit bats being the absolute cutest (they are harmless and essentially tree-puppies - but be sure not to disturb them). Monkeys came through the property daily and are quite an amusement to watch. I loved that the property was gated. While we never feel unsafe in Domi, it's a nice touch. As reviewer Jason has mentioned below, the property is completely Balinese style architecture. There is spacing at the top of the walls, ...Read More

As reviewer Jason has mentioned below, the property is completely Balinese style architecture. There is spacing at the top of the walls, before the roof, that is the only screen. The AC (which we only used for sleeping on the super hot nights) will not cool like a hotel room - but - it will keep you comfortable. The road up to the property was easy to navigate, especially when encountering a passing car. If you are new to Costa Rica, many road up the mountains is very narrow, rough, and hard to pass another vehicle. This road was very easy in those aspects. The small creek crossing was easy to navigate since it was the dry season. Finally, a great property for couples or (adult) families who need separate spaces. Awesome home, remarkable view, and beautiful destination. Tres Perlas was everything you want to experience in Costa Rica from the privacy of your own "home". Thank you, Neil, for sharing your space with our family and thank you to you get here dot com for helping us at a drop of a hat, keeping the residence clean and beautiful. We had perfect weather every day- we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay when in Costa Rica.Tres Perlas was everything you want to experience in Costa RicaNovember 20, 2019
"Romantic get-a-way. Totally zen. So private! The rancho was our go-to for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, watching the toucans and monkeys. 4x4 is a MUST! And if it is the rainy reason, get home before the creek rises as you have to wait hours for it to lower so you can cross. Alonso and Jonathan were wonderful help! And Nikki at Mosaic restaurant told us about the Don Emilio coffee tour. Ronald, the chocolate tour in Hermosa also very fascinating. Pura Vida"Romantic get-a-way!October 27, 2019

"I booked this villa for a honeymoon trip for my son & new daughter-in-law. They absolutely were thrilled that the place was even better than they expected from viewing pictures. It's everything they wanted for their honeymoon - quiet & secluded yet near many quaint bars and restaurants. They're already wanting to plan a trip to go back!"Honeymoon Trip!September 23, 2019

"Casa Reserva located in the rainforest near Dominical is a wonderful place to be! It takes a 4x4 to get there and if it rains a lot you might have trouble with crossing the small river but it is worth it. You are fully on your own on a huge property in the middle of wildlife. So be sure to be prepared for that 🙂 We only enjoyed the wonderful aspects of this circumstance and did not meet a snake or any other possibly dangerous animal but many Toucans, some monkeys and so much more. The little houses are beautiful and clean, but don't expect there is no way for geckos and insects to come in. Although there are nets infront of any glass, they aaaalways find a way to sneak through, but this is the jungle 😉 We loved our stay, the breakfast we made ourselves in the Rancho and the view to the ocean. Wonderful place to stay :)"Monkeys and so much more wildlife!August 27, 2019
